Service Description
Although the I‑9 Employment Eligibility Verification form is not a notarial act and does not require a notary seal, I can serve as your Authorized Representative to assist with completing Section 2 of Form I‑9 in compliance with federal guidelines. Employers may designate any person, including a notary public acting in this capacity, to examine an employee’s original identity and work authorization documents and complete the verification section on their behalf. During your appointment, I will carefully review the employee’s documents, complete the employer’s section, and ensure the form is filled out accurately and according to federal requirements. I do not provide legal advice or determine work eligibility—those responsibilities remain with the employer.
