Service Description

Used when a document signer must swear or affirm the truth of its contents. Purpose: Requires the signer to appear in person (or virtually), swear to the truth of the document, and sign it in front of me. Examples: Affidavits, sworn statements, legal declarations. Process: I’ll administer an oath or affirmation, witness the signature, and complete the jurat certificate. Fee: Up to $10 per jurat.
