Service Description

This service is ideal for couples seeking a simple, no-frills legal ceremony without a full wedding. I’ll meet you at your chosen location within Florida to perform the required exchange of “I Do’s” and notarize your marriage license. Before the ceremony can take place, the couple must present a valid Florida marriage license issued by a county court judge or clerk of the circuit court. As a commissioned Florida Notary, I will complete the certificate of marriage and return the license to the issuing office within 10 days, as required by Florida law (FS §117.045 & §741.08). Price Breakdown: $30 for marriage solemnization, $50 convenience fee.
