Service Description

Need to swear or affirm the truth for legal or official reasons? Oaths are made to a higher power. Affirmations are made on personal honor (no religious reference). Both carry legal weight and are subject to perjury laws. Examples: Oath of office, sworn statements, legal affidavits. Note: An acknowledgment cannot be used in place of an oath when one is required. Fee: Up to $10 per oath or affirmation.
