Service Description

If you’re applying for a Florida title on a used motor vehicle or trailer weighing 2,000 lbs or more that is not currently titled in Florida, a physical VIN inspection may be required. As a Florida Notary Public, I am authorized to complete this inspection and certification. The process includes two parts: Part A: You, the vehicle owner, swear that the VIN (or motor number, for vehicles through 1954) and odometer reading are accurate. Part B: I physically inspect the vehicle to verify the VIN (for vehicles 1955 and later) or motor number matches what’s listed on the form.
